Processing Time for Ready-Made Artworks
We take great care in processing and packing your orders efficiently. Please allow up to 10 business days for order handling before your items are ready for shipping. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Processing Time for Custom Commission Artworks:
Due to the nature of custom artwork, order processing for commissioned pieces can take between 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and our current workload. If you need your artwork completed within a specific time frame, please contact us via our contact form before placing your order to confirm if we can accommodate your request.
Shipping Options and Rates
We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally. Orders will be dispatched within 7 days (unless otherwise stated).
Once dispatched, shipping times will vary based on the chosen shipping method.
Standard Shipping: Sent via AusPost, usually taking 3-6 business days.
Express Shipping: Sent via AusPost, usually taking 1-3 business days.
Signature on Delivery
Unless you specify otherwise when placing your order, a signature on delivery is standard. If you request that a parcel be left unattended, you do so at your own risk, unless you've provided an authority to leave when placing your order.
International Shipping and Customs
For international shipments, customs regulations, duties, taxes, and additional handling fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to influence or predict these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details regarding any fees or taxes that may apply to your order.
Shipping Restrictions

Tracking and Confirmation
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. You can use these to track your package directly through the carrier's tracking system. Please allow a short period for tracking information to become available after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and aim to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund as per our Returns and Refund Policy.
Returns and Exchanges

Disclaimer
Once your parcel is delivered to your address, we’re no longer responsible for any damage or theft that may occur. If you're unable to accept delivery or feel your address is unsafe for unattended delivery, we recommend providing an alternate address or setting up a parcel locker.
Redelivery due to Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can arrange for redelivery. However, this will incur a charge of $10 for standard registered post or $15 for express post.
